well yes I like the pic (bar charts).. glad to see you're experimenting with photoshop filters .. good start .. once u've mastered the filters then you an go towards plugins ..
Bur your blog is both as of now .. orange links and blue (ok it's not purple) background.

actually didnt do any photoshop tweakin here, just snapped the pic in night negative mode using Sony Ericisson mobile cam ( hmm suddenly this mobile seems quite a catch right, wanna add it to ur new year's list? ;) )
actually just started working with photoshop as of last night...:)
