I wish there was some way I could hook up my brain directly to the computer!
This is serious issue with me, i'm not joking, no seriously! sigh.. see the thing is every night my eyelids are heavy with sleep, my neck groaning with pain for keepin my head from rolling off, and that's when i decide to go hit the bed....ok so now i m on my bed, very comfortable, nice n warm, pillow plumped up, and my eyes wide open! suddenly a million ideas seem to come out of no where and for a million different things. There goes my sleep! I can't get up and start working on them coz my body refuses to listen to me and my mind has a mind of its own! So I'm left with tossing and turning, plumping replumping the pillow, blanket off then on, then off, then on then over my head, then face buried in the pillow, then a big sigh and yes this drama goes on for atleast 45 mins each night until somehow miraculously i end up drifting to a much disturbed sleep, only to be woken up by the sound of someone vacumming your room WHILE UR SLEEPING!!!!!!!! my room becomes the "catching up on things" for my parents and a safe place for my mom to scream her heart out at the maid. And I thought the time off from university would be spent blissfully sleeping in. Well we all know now that aint happening!
So when I do grudgingly wake up with a headache and the body revolting against me for having forced it move (I'm also not a great pill popping freak I just choose to suffer naturally and also im a lazy bum!) I'm not given the luxury of spending the entire day curled up infront of the tv watching my fav channel these days ZOOM (don't need to think too much), why? well who's goin to do the million things my mind had been mulling over all night!

lol @ someone vaccuming the room while you're sleeping .. hahaah .. happened to me so many times and it just annoys me so much (i'm very big on my sleep) and am also very precise about my sleep.
Anyway .. it happens to me all the time.. sometimes ideas .. sometimes stories .. sometime reflections of what happened and what should have etc. and you can't sleep if all those pictures keep rolling in your mind. So try to pictureize a bacl screen .. u know just think of a black void or pictureize it with your eyes closes .. and KEEP seeing or thinking about it .. you'll fall asleep.
When one's mind and body is at peace .. ideas become very clear. When people go to a mosque, it's peaceful and hence many feel sleepy ..
